They Told It!

They Told It!

A "Word" from the Pastor      Pastor Stephen Benton
The Weekly Word   7.31.11

Finally, this past week, the History Channel ran a series of programs focusing on aliens.  Unless I was asleep last year, and I do not recall getting much sleep at all during 2010, the programs aired were not the same rehashed material but this time they went to the heart of the issue and actually moved into the issue that God told us about back in 1996 when He first broke the news to this congregation about the presence of alien information in the scriptures.  Looking back, I can now really appreciate the degree of insult when Jesus' enemies called him "Beelzebub," (Mat.12:24) Lord of those who fly.  Seeing as how Satan is the "prince of the power of the air" (Eph. 2:2).) that title properly belongs to him and him alone.  The next time someone takes a verbal shot at your faith by way of name calling, remember what they called our Lord and…shake it off.

Do you remember the phrase, "rising up early?" that's exactly what the Holy Ghost did for us when He first informed us about the presence of aliens in the scriptures  Jesus spoke of Satan's Kingdom.  He said that a kingdom divided against itself could not stand. that is enough information to let us know that Satan's kingdom will fall because it is riveted with fractures, splinters and opposing agendas.  Since our initiation into the subject we have learned about the Greys, Reptilians, Insectoids, the human hybrids ad a fw other species making up the alien community and they all have their own agenda and for the most part, enemies of one another.  One thing is certain: Satan has had his hands full keeping his kingdom in line and from all appearances, his job will not get any easier in the days to come.  A common story plot involving a band of criminals, usually thieves, reflect on the fact that they never trust on another and a s a result they try to eliminate each other.  Well, before Satan moves on in his career as the leader of his kingdom, he will have to eliminate a lot of the factions in his own kingdom who would have no problem taking him out of the picture if the opportunity presented itself.

It is interesting to see how many movies have presented extra-terrestrials as benevolent creatures who mean humans no harm whatsoever.  Don't fall for the hype.  The movie, Independence Day, expressed their real desires as well as any.  The alien responded to
the president's question of "what do you want us to do?"  "Die, we want you to die!" was his answer. And, of course, we went to war and won.  Trust me, it will not be that easy in the real showdown.  Earthlings are no match for the alien civilization, (AKA, Satan's Kingdom.)  Our most recent career on this planet is only 6,000 years old.  That makes the human race mere infants by comparison to a kingdom that has been around for hundreds of millions or billions of years.  Satan does not want to assume command of Earth's current residents, they remind him too much of his nemesis, God.  No, like a lion taking over a new pride, he will attempt to eliminate the creation of God and replace them with his own products.  His attempt to hybridize the world back in Noah's day revealed his true intentions.  That story is found in the early chapters of Genesis and this morning, Lord willing, I will be visiting that territory as we take a look at those who must come down before we can go up.
