But this new man is trying desperately to survive this never-ending attack coming from every angle imaginable.
It must put on the whole armor of God to survive.
Trust and have faith in Jesus Christ the savior and finisher of our faith who has already won this fight;
and sees me as a son of God already seated in heavenly places.

Deliver me Oh Lord from my past and my present and help me to look up to my future as you see things as I wait to catch up to your presence unrestricted by space or time or the weight of sin and death!

John on Jesus
A “Word” from the Pastor…
“John on Jesus"
Good afternoon and welcome to The House of Good News, the biggest little church in the city. If you happen to be an enthusiast for the word of God, you might consider taking a trip to Vegas after church because your winning streak just began. Now, if the word of God is not the engine that drives you, then perhaps a drive to Vegas may be a nice substitute.
We have been captivated by the epistle of I John for the past few weeks. John is unique among the apostles because he is the only one who died a natural death. Historians place his age at at the time of his death at around 97 years. He was, however, exiled to a volcanic island called Patmos because of the word of God and his testimony of Jesus Christ. He refers to himself as "the one whom Jesus loved." Jesus loved all of the apostles but it is apparent that John held a special place in the heart of Jesus. John sat next to Jesus at the last supper, a position of high favor. At the time of Jesus' death while he hung on the cross, Jesus presented his mother Mary into the safe-keeping of John. Are there any perks to being the one whom Jesus loved? You'd better believe there are, the greatest of which is receiving more of the word of God than the rest of the apostles. John wrote the gospel of John, the three epistles of John and, of course, the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ. No other New Testament book can touch John in bringing out the majesty and deity of Jesus.
His opening words about Jesus written in his gospel portray Jesus unlike any other writer:
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God." Genesis opens with a similar statement declaring,
"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."
God is the creator of the universe but guess what? The Word takes preeminence over God himself. With that fact it is important for us to know who the word is. We only have to scan down the page in John, chapter one to verse fourteen.
"And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld his glory, the glory as the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth."
Without going into an exegesis of the Greek language it is apparent that the subject of that statement is Jesus Christ. The same chapter further tells us that Jesus was in the world, that the world was made by him and without him was nothing made that was made. You are getting the gravity of these statements aren't you? The Jews of Jesus' day understood these sayings and at one point they accused him of "making himself God."
One of their Old Testaments writers was very emphatic on identifying who Jesus was:
"And his name shall be called Emmanuel, The Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace…" and so on.
The title Emmanuel means, "God with Us." I can hardly wait to see what the Spirit will be saying to us today about this great God and Savior Jesus the Christ!

Looking for his appearing
“Looking for His Appearing” Pastor Benton
We are told in the scriptures that the Lord Jesus Christ will appear to those who are looking for him.
“So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them who look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.” Heb. 9:28
Now, what does it mean to ‘look’ for Him? Well, we can start answering the question by examining the word ‘look’. Strong’s Concordance New Testament reference number is #553. The Greek word is Apekdechomai, from (#575, apo away, usually denotes separation, departure, cessation, completion) and (#1551 Ekdechomai, to wait expect, look (tarry) for, wait for) to expect fully.
Okay let’s not decipher Strong’s information. To look for the appearing means a little more than merely waiting around for the event to occur. When it comes to anticipating an event in scripture I often think about astronomers who spend hours actively searching the heavens in anticipation of a particular event or in their pursuit of a hunch or expectation based on actions or reactions discovered in the heavens. Some of the planets in our system were discovered based upon the actions of nearby planets. The word is ‘perturbation’ or the invisible movements of a planet that suggest that something else is present to account for a particular planetary response. The point I am trying to make is that there is an active anticipation.
Now, let’s take things a step further. When a child is looking for the arrival of Santa Claus, he or she does not expect his appearance on any given day. At best, if the child is not into exact dates, the time to look for Santa is during the holiday season. There is a season for Santa to work his magic. That may be "carnalizing," to make up a word, or oversimplifying the issue but the concept is not out of bounds when it comes to looking for the appearing of the Savior.
I was raised in the church and with that rearing came the idea that the Lord could come any day. I must admit that is an effective tool during the invitational part of the service when the goal is to get people to accept the Lord as their personal Savior. Of course, a sinner commits a great gamble any time he or she passes on an opportunity for salvation. More is involved than the fact that the time may be distant for the appearing of the Lord, there is always the possibility that one may lose his life at any given moment. The scriptures admonish us not to harden our hearts any time we hear the voice of God calling us to become partakers of salvation.
But I must point out the fact that the coming of the Lord is indeed a seasonal event. Contrary to traditional church thinking, Jesus cannot come on just any day. If one would just take the time to look at the history of events regarding Passover and the birth of the Church itself on the day of Pentecost, it should be realized that God has ordained a calendar of events in the Old Testament prophetical writings. Christ, who is our Passover, could not have died on the cross on just any day; he had to fulfill the requirements of the Old Testament Feast Days. The law required the Passover lamb to be selected on the tenth day of the month of Nisan and to be killed on the fourteenth day of the same month between the evening sacrifices. I am sure that I will treat this issue much more in depth in future writings and then it will be realized that the day Christ died is of great importance. You might be surprised to find that Jesus did not die on good Friday as it is commonly assumed. You may be further surprised to find that Jesus did not rise from the dead early on Easter Sunday morning. The commandments surrounding Passover would not permit those days as proper days for those events.
When the Church was born on the day of Pentecost we are told in the book of Acts, chapter two, that “when the day of Pentecost was fully come” the Holy Ghost fell on the souls gathered together in the upper room. The feast of Weeks or Pentecost was the last of the Spring High Sabbath days. The balance of the feast days commence in the fall of the year beginning with the Feast of Trumpets followed by the Day of Atonement and the Feast of Tabernacles. Just as the Spring feast days were fulfilled with special New Testament events, so must the fall feast days be fulfilled. I can tell you that the time or season for the appearing of the Lord will not be a Spring time event but one that will take place in the Fall of the year. I know this information flies in the face of those who say no man knows the day or the hour of the coming of the Son of man but it would behoove one to understand to what day that scripture in Matthew is referring. I’ll give you a hint: it does not refer to the day of the rapture.
At the time of this writing I am in the process of writing the outline for a book addressing the questions and issues surrounding the time of the rapture. I am prepared, using scripture only, to make the point that the season of the appearing of the Lord can be and has been made known by the Holy Spirit to this prophet. I will even go so far as to say that the day itself has been hidden in the writings of the prophets and Lord willing, and I am sure He is, I will make that information available to you.

We Live in ‘Electromagnetic Soup’
The “electrosmog” that first began developing with the rollout of the electrical grid a century ago and now envelops every inhabitant of Earth is responsible for many of the diseases that impair or kill them.
In 2007, the Bioinitiative Working Group released a 650-page report citing more than 2,000 studies (many very recent) that detail the toxic effects of EMFs from all sources. The electromagnetic spectrum is a band that goes from gamma rays and x-rays at one end, the very high energy waves, and it comes down through visible light, which is also some radiation, and then it goes through infrared microwaves, tv and radio. Now the only ones which really affect us in the communications industry are the microwaves, and microwaves have a special ability to interfere with water, which is how microwave ovens work, and we are made of water.
All of our chemical and electrical signals involve water in the body, somehow, electrical communications in the body. So, the industry has picked the worst possible part of the electromagnetic spectrum to give to young children and to adults (with regards to cell phones).
The Frightening Effects of WiFi and Cell Phone Radiation on Young Girls
Trower: I have three research papers. I am a scientific adviser to five organisations. Part of my brief is I read international scientific papers, I retranslate them into a language that most people can understand, which is how I advise.
I have three papers showing that low level microwaves can interfere with the genetics in the ovarian follicles. Now what that means in everyday language, different from boys, young girls when they’re born, they will have up to four hundred eggs in their ovaries. The microwaves can damage the genetic structure, we now know, in those ovaries. So, when this young girl grows up, gets married, and has children, if she has a daughter, this particular mitochondrial genetic damage is irreparable. There is nothing at all that can repair it.

On August 24, 2010, Mr. Barrie Trower, a British physicist who was a microwave weapons expert and who worked for the Royal Navy and the British Secret Service, gave a talk at the University of Toronto about the health effects of WiFi and other forms of microwave radiation.
Mr. Trower came out of retirement because he was concerned that the microwave frequencies and intensities to which children are exposed in schools are similar to those used for microwave weapons. Are All These Towers Just For Cell Phones…or Mind and Thought Manipulation?

‘Unfortunately, there is not much one can do to stop the proliferation and continued build out of cell phone towers and structures. Although thought to be legislation about deregulation issues, the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (TCA) was really an open invitation for the cell phone industry to place their towers anywhere they wanted. Section 704 of the TCA basically states that local authorities can’t ban the placement of towers in their jurisdictions. Whenever possible encourage your local government officials to consider transitioning to the use of fiber optic cable. Most of it has already been laid underground. It’s just not being used. Discourage the use of Wi-Fi in schools by meeting with your school officials and school boards. Wi-Fi hotspots are popping up everywhere now. We Live in ‘Electromagnetic Soup’
The “electrosmog” that first began developing with the rollout of the electrical grid a century ago and now envelops every inhabitant of Earth is responsible for many of the diseases that impair or kill them.

When you think of the surveillance state, you usually think of snoopy alphabet-soup government agencies like the FBI, IRS, DEA, NSA, or TSA, or cyber-snoops at Facebook or Google, says Natasha Singer in The New York Times. But there's a company you've probably never heard of that "peers deeper into American life," and probably knows more about you than any of those groups: Little Rock–based Acxiom Corp. Jeffrey Chester at the Center for Digital Democracy has dubbed Acxiom "Big Brother in Arkansas," while Gizmodo's Jamie Condliffe calls it the "faceless organization that knows everything about you." Here's what you should know about the company:
What is Acxiom Corp., and what does it do?
The company fits into a category called database marketing. It started in 1969 as an outfit called Demographics Inc., using phone books and other notably low-tech tools, as well as one computer, to amass information on voters and consumers for direct marketing. Almost 40 years later, Acxiom has detailed entries for more than 190 million people and 126 million households in the U.S., and about 500 million active consumers worldwide. More than 23,000 servers in Conway, just north of Little Rock, collect and analyze more than 50 trillion data 'transactions' a year. "In essence, it's as if the ore of our data-driven lives were being mined, refined, and sold to the highest bidder, usually without our knowledge," says The Times' Singer.
What kind of data does it have?
"If you are an American adult," says Singer, "the odds are that it knows things like your age, race, sex, weight, height, marital status, education level, politics, buying habits, household health worries, vacation dreams — and on and on." It does more than collect that information, though. It uses it to pigeonhole people into one of 70 very specific socioeconomic clusters in an attempt to predict how they'll act, what they'll buy, and how companies can persuade them to buy their products. It gathers its data trove from public records, surveys you've filled out, your online behavior, and other disparate sources of information, then sells it to banks, retailers, and other buyers.
Do other companies do this, too?
Yes, it's a very competitive and lucrative business — Acxiom reported a $77.26 million profit last fiscal year, and it's the No. 2 company in the business, after Epsilon. But analysts say that Acxiom has the world's largest database on consumers. "There are a lot of players in the digital space trying the same thing," Piper Jaffray analyst Mark Zgutowicz tells The New York Times. "But Acxiom's advantage is they have a database of offline information that they have been collecting for 40 years and can leverage that expertise in the digital world."
Is this legal?
Yes, but the Federal Trade Commission is asking Congress to step in to make the data-marketing industry more transparent. Unlike consumer reporting agencies that compile and sell your credit score, date-miners like Acxiom don't have to tell individuals what they know about them. Privacy and consumer advocates say that's troubling, since the companies are selling sensitive, potentially embarrassing, and possibly false information about you, and you can't correct errors. As FTC chairman Jon Leibowitz says, Acxiom and its peers are "the unseen cyberazzi who collect information on all of us," and we should have the right to know what they've found.
How sketchy is this?
If you're worried about Google or Facebook tracking you online, or holes in your iPhone security, this is much worse, says Gizmodo's Condliffe. We sort of knew that commercial data-miners existed, but "Acxiom operates on a terrifying scale," and it's very likely that the company has an ever-growing dossier of 1,500 data points on you. The Times' "alarmist piece" about Acxiom conspiring to serve you "extremely accurate ads" would be more frightening, says Kashmir Hill at Forbes, if, on the same day, on the same page, the paper hadn't run "an alarmist piece about how it's impossible to know a person's age online, and thus impossible to keep creepy old pedophiles from lurking on kids' sites." Well, which is it? The media is sending mixed message on the state of online privacy, and this is just one extreme example.

Yes, it's a very competitive and lucrative business — Acxiom reported a $77.26 million profit last fiscal year, and it's the No. 2 company in the business, after Epsilon. But analysts say that Acxiom has the world's largest database on consumers. "There are a lot of players in the digital space trying the same thing," Piper Jaffray analyst Mark Zgutowicz tells The New York Times. "But Acxiom's advantage is they have a database of offline information that they have been collecting for 40 years and can leverage that expertise in the digital world."
Is this legal?
Yes, but the Federal Trade Commission is asking Congress to step in to make the data-marketing industry more transparent. Unlike consumer reporting agencies that compile and sell your credit score, date-miners like Acxiom don't have to tell individuals what they know about them. Privacy and consumer advocates say that's troubling, since the companies are selling sensitive, potentially embarrassing, and possibly false information about you, and you can't correct errors. As FTC chairman Jon Leibowitz says, Acxiom and its peers are "the unseen cyberazzi who collect information on all of us," and we should have the right to know what they've found.
How sketchy is this?
If you're worried about Google or Facebook tracking you online, or holes in your iPhone security, this is much worse, says Gizmodo's Condliffe. We sort of knew that commercial data-miners existed, but "Acxiom operates on a terrifying scale," and it's very likely that the company has an ever-growing dossier of 1,500 data points on you. The Times' "alarmist piece" about Acxiom conspiring to serve you "extremely accurate ads" would be more frightening, says Kashmir Hill at Forbes, if, on the same day, on the same page, the paper hadn't run "an alarmist piece about how it's impossible to know a person's age online, and thus impossible to keep creepy old pedophiles from lurking on kids' sites." Well, which is it? The media is sending mixed message on the state of online privacy, and this is just one extreme example.

I believe it was in our last bible class that I told you I came across a compact disc of C. L. Franklin, Aretha's daddy, preaching about the eagle stirring up her nest. I bought the tape because it brought back a flood of memories from my teenage days (yes I was once a teenager) when I used to spend my idle time scanning the radio dial (and yes they had radio then) in Ohio. That was my first introduction to Rev. Franklin and his now famous sermon, "The Eagle Stirreth Her Nest."
I have never been one to steal sermons and I'm not stealing this one but I do want to visit that text in Deuteronomy and see what the Lord has to say to us.
"As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:…" Deut 32:11
The eagle is a special bird known for its strength in its wings, legs and feet. It is also unsurpassed in the winged world for its exceptional vision and its ability to soar at dizzying heights. It is not the highest flyer. There are certain species of geese that fly at aircraft altitudes, in the thirty thousand foot range and can cruise for thousands of miles nonstop when migrating. That is incredible. But the eagle, unlike the geese, makes his home in the highest of cliffs and tirelessly cruises in the thermal air currents without flapping its wings. At altitudes of thousands of feet it is able to spot a mouse in the field and can dive at great speeds and with its strong talons can grab a fish out of the water or swoop down on a young calf and take it away to its nest.
When building a nest for its young, the eagle begins by assembling sturdy branches and twigs for a foundation, It then progresses to finer, more tender branches and lines the nest with soft leaves and feathers. The nest must be strong enough to support her weight and the weight of her young which may be several chicks. The eagle is a very caring mother, taking care of her chicks until it is difficult to distinguish the young from the mother in size. But when the time comes for her young to fly the eagle does something quite unusual; she begins stirring or dismantling her nest. That means it's time for the babies to leave the nest and begin to fend for themselves. It means it's time to fly. As the eaglets begin losing nesting room they begin flapping their wings, strengthening them for their maiden flight. As their home dwindles in size, some of the chicks are forced take flight. For those who are not fully able to soar solo, the mother never lets them fly alone. She flies close by in case they should fall from the sky. If they begin to sink she positions herself below them and actually bears them up on her wings until they are able to fly on their own. One thing is for sure, they cannot go back to the nest…it no longer exists.
The eagle symbolizes God in our lives. We would never venture out in faith and leave our comfort zones in life were it not for the fact that God stirs our nesting place where we live and forces us to fly. If you find your life coming apart at the seams due to no real fault of your own, its only God acting on your behalf to bring out the abilities his word has trained you in. From the reports I keep getting and from the prayer requests I receive, I would say to you: "It's time to fly."

"Line Upon Line"

I remember a particular line in the book "1997". It said "truth does not come in one giant gulp." It still doesn't. The word of God itself tells us that the word is delivered to us line upon line and precept upon precept, here a little and there a little. It was discovered to me a while back that God's word is encased in levels, much like today's computer games. Seeing as how God's word was first I would say the computer engineers followed suit.
I am constantly surprised at the source of the last day's messages. I always thought the end time truths would be found in obscure prophetic writings and while we have been taken to some books like Habakkuk and Zechariah, the bulk of the messages have come from the gospel books, Matthew Mark, Luke and John. Lately it seems as if the book of John has been chosen by the Holy Ghost above the others. Perhaps that is because John was the last apostle to see death? I don't know. I can only say that my appreciation and respect for that man of God has grown considerably over the years. I don't believe we are nearly through with
I John, at least I hope not.
The message Wednesday was a case in point where the Spirit took us to another level of truth. That message was given to me a day or two following Sunday's message. As usual, the Spirit begins a message with just a verse or two and that's my cue to go to that passage and see what else there is to be heard. I have to tell you, with what the Spirit gave me before church, the half had not yet been told. It only stands to reason that if the Spirit is revealing to us the final piece of prophecy affecting the church that He would take the truth of the reason for parables to a deeper level. One of the many expressions in the word that caught my attention was the statement of Jesus when he said:
"I am from above, ye are from beneath."
Both locations require a reference point. I believe the reference point is the Earth. Jesus is from above the earth while 'they' were from beneath the Earth. That expression brought back to mind the death and resurrection of Jesus where we are told that he first descended into the lower parts of the earth before ascending far above all heavens. That location is Hell itself. The kingpin of Hell is Satan so it would only be a fitting comment to refer to his seed as being from beneath.
Now Wednesday was not the first time that line of truth was revealed. In fact, that revelation was presented to us many years ago but in a very limited rendition. The limited version was found in the same text God gave me when He first alerted me to the fact that Sunday's message would be carried over into the Wednesday class. This is it!
"Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word."
That statement leaves no indication of choice on their part. They did not have the option to hear or not hear his word, they could not hear it. That truth was given to us years ago, but not with the emphasis being on the "seed" of the hybrids. Now, that the hybrid seed is the focal point, the Holy Ghost took the message to another level and I found myself being surprised again and again throughout the class as scripture after scripture was laid on top of the other. God truly is a wonder and His word, being exalted above His own name never ceases to take my breath away. We truly "have been enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, and have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come." Hebrews 6: 4 & 5
I echo the words of Peter when he asked Jesus where should we go; he alone has the words of eternal life. My prayer is the same as the apostles when they said, "Lord evermore give us this bread".

Up for the count?

“Up for the Count?"
If you are into the type of sports where the opponent is pinned to the ground or knocked out and lying prostrate until an eight or ten count is accomplished then the title of this article should catch your eye in particular. The saying in such sports is "down for the count." Personally, the idea of going down from a knockout, a pinning, or taking a curve too fast and plunging over a cliff on a mountain highway has zero appeal to me. You see, I plan to go up!
Now for those of you who are new around here, (Welcome!!) This is one of those very rare churches that actually believes what Jesus said about what the Holy Ghost would do when He came back from heaven on the day of Pentecost in A.D. 31:
"But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.... Jn14:26
"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:" Jn: 15:26
"Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself: but whatsover he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come." John 16:1
Yes, we believe all of those things Jesus said about the Holy Ghost. Jesus said that the Holy Ghost would testify of Him. Just exactly what does that mean? It means that because the Ghost spoken of here is that same Spirit of Jesus without the body attached to it, when He speaks to the Church as he does here every Sunday and Wednesday, he would speak the words of Jesus, who is now in heaven occupying the office of God the Father, the same Father who sent back the Holy Ghost in the first place. Let me allow Peter to testify to what I am trying to say. Peter spoke the following words on the day of Pentecost A.D. 31 when he preached the first message to the church:
"Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
Until I make thy foes thy footstool.
Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ." Acts 2:33- 36
Let's cut to the chase! Jesus in heaven as both the High Priest and the Father, has the plans of God and is relaying those plans to us on earth via the Holy Ghost. One of the greatest things to come is the day of the Resurrection of the dead in Christ and the day of the translation of the living saints of God. Now is the time to cut the world loose and to make your calling and election sure! Now is the time to make it your business not to miss the assembling of yourselves together with those of like faith as we prepare to receive final instructions from the Holy Ghost and vital information necessary for our survival as we journey down this last leg of the trip. For the church, this has been a one thousand, nine hundred and ninety six year adventure. And just think, the greatest is yet to come! What a great time to be alive! Let the Church sing loud today. Give all of our energy to praising and magnifying God for keeping His word and for communicating His great word to us babes.

Hi Saints!
I decided to print another article that informs us about what I spoke about last Sunday. It doesn't list all of the genetically modified foods but it does give additives that are dangerous. Yes, I know I reminded you to pray over all that we eat, and we should. However, that does not mean that we act foolishly and eat things that we know are unhealthy and just expect God to cover them. There are some things that we can avoid that do not impose a financial burden. We just don't want to give them up! We are, after all, a covetous bunch…we want what we want! Right?
We have heard that if we "continue in God's word" we shall know the Truth and the truth will make us free. Well, God is leading us and has been for the past 25 years revealing deception in so many things in this world that are harmful to us and in many cases, killing us. He has revealed secrets regarding the country's economy, the practice of medicine, changing weather patterns, the approach of Satan's kingdom, and now our food.
Yes, he has a hedge around us but if that hedge was intended to continue to protect us from all that he is showing us then why would he keep informing us of the dangers around us? The information that is being made available should serve as warnings for our well-being and the health of our families. Put your faith in God's saving power and also heed his warnings. "Be ye wise as serpents and harmless as doves." Ignore these warnings at your peril, because perilous times are at the door.

Hi Saints!
I decided to print another article that informs us about what I spoke about last Sunday. It doesn't list all of the genetically modified foods but it does give additives that are dangerous. Yes, I know I reminded you to pray over all that we eat, and we should. However, that does not mean that we act foolishly and eat things that we know are unhealthy and just expect God to cover them. There are some things that we can avoid that do not impose a financial burden. We just don't want to give them up! We are, after all, a covetous bunch…we want what we want! Right?
We have heard that if we "continue in God's word" we shall know the Truth and the truth will make us free. Well, God is leading us and has been for the past 25 years revealing deception in so many things in this world that are harmful to us and in many cases, killing us. He has revealed secrets regarding the country's economy, the practice of medicine, changing weather patterns, the approach of Satan's kingdom, and now our food.
Yes, he has a hedge around us but if that hedge was intended to continue to protect us from all that he is showing us then why would he keep informing us of the dangers around us? The information that is being made available should serve as warnings for our well-being and the health of our families. Put your faith in God's saving power and also heed his warnings. "Be ye wise as serpents and harmless as doves." Ignore these warnings at your peril, because perilous times are at the door.

“Prophets Still Exist"
"God who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in times past unto the fathers by the prophets hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son by whom also he made the worlds." Heb. 1:1
I have been called to prophesy in the closing days of the seventh and final church age, the Laodicean Church. The book of "The Revelation of Jesus" was dictated to the Apostle John by Jesus while the Apostle was in exile on the volcanic island of Patmos. John was placed on the island because of the word of God and his testimony of Jesus Christ. The book of Revelation is unique in many ways but in particular because within the opening chapter of its text is an outline of the entire book. John was told to write the things which he had seen (chapter one), the things which are (chapters two and three), and the things which are to come (chapter four through the end of the book). While the first chapter is of vital importance to any book, the section that should be the focal point to the church are chapters two and three. Those chapters contain seven letters written by John as he was moved upon by the Holy Ghost. Those seven letters were written to seven literal congregations spread throughout Asia minor.
Those letters are vital in gaining an overall view of the Church of Jesus Christ from its inception on the day of Pentecost in A.D. 31, not A.D.33 as many assume, until the day the Church is called up into heaven. More will be said about the date A.D. 33 later.
Much has been written by many prominent scholars regarding the seven churches and I do not intend to re-invent the spiritual wheel of their works but I will provide spiritual insight into areas that have not been considered at all because the Holy Ghost had not yet revealed those vital revelations until these last days. While the letters are written to seven literal congregations existing in John's day, those seven churches actually present a pre-history of the Church's lifespan from its beginning to its end. With that in mind, let's take a look at the most prominent expression contained in the first letter, the letter to the church at Ephesus.
"Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love." Rev. 2:4
Many scholars have commented on this segment to the Ephesian church with good intentions but have fallen short of the true meaning of this passage. It has been commonly taught for centuries that this first church lost their love for their savior Jesus Christ. That fact may have actually occurred just as it occurs today but does not represent the truth of the word before us.
As is often the case, the influence of the Adversary often causes one word to be changed and become a sub-conscious part of the passage. In the case before us, the word 'left' has seemed to be replaced with the word 'lost'. The first church age did not lose its first love, it left it. The common interpretation of that passage shows a love affair between Christ and Church that has become estranged. Not so! The preceding verse clearly shows that this church still maintained its love for Jesus.
"And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted." Rev. 2: 3
This church still seems to be involved in the work of the Lord and yet in verse five it is said to have fallen. "Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen..." The question to be asked is what was it from whence this church fell or left? The answer is found when we consider what it was that this church first loved more than Jesus himself. The answer is found at the end of one of the longest recorded discourses of Jesus, Matthew, chapters 5 -7.
"And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine: For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes." Mat. 7:28-29

"God who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in times past unto the fathers by the prophets hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son by whom also he made the worlds." Heb. 1:1
I have been called to prophesy in the closing days of the seventh and final church age, the Laodicean Church. The book of "The Revelation of Jesus" was dictated to the Apostle John by Jesus while the Apostle was in exile on the volcanic island of Patmos. John was placed on the island because of the word of God and his testimony of Jesus Christ. Matthew gives another example of the people's response after Jesus taught in his native country.
"And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogues, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?" Mat. 13:54
My prophecies to this Church era are in accordance with the letter written by the last Apostle John and was dictated to him by Jesus Christ himself. The conclusion of the Church Age will be marked by the greatest event in the history of the world: the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture of The Church!. Much of the contents of this book will focus on prophecies given to me regarding the spiritual state of the Church and an abundance of details revealed concerning the resurrection and catching away of the Church. The time of the end of the Church Age is at hand and keeping true to his promise that hidden things shall be revealed, Jesus, the Head of the Church is opening up the scriptures in ways unimaginable.

The Mirror
“The Mirror”
The more I stare into the mirror; The more I long to turn away
To run and hide and destroy the image
The reflection that stares back at me
A monster more grotesque than I could ever have imagined,
Growing bigger and bigger and more horrible.
The warfare is greater than I can bear at times
Even with the full armour on.
I sometimes am defeated (or feel that way.)
I stare back at the monster in its rage and anger
But I’m not afraid anymore.
And now I recognize the monster---------it’s me.
That sin filled flesh illuminated in the mirror of God’s word.
And I realize that if I keep staring in that mirror
The monster is not so frightening anymore;
And is slowly being transformed into a new creature.

“More Rapture Truth”
Good afternoon saints and friends and welcome to the biggest little church in Los Angeles. The membership size is small but Oh, so large and the gospel message is served up in the biggest portions available anywhere west of the Mississippi.
For those who are new to this gathering of hearers of the word, we are a group of those who are looking for the coming of the Lord, an event commonly called The Rapture. I am often reminded by some that the word ‘rapture’ is not found in the bible. They are right! But there is not a better word in our language that best describes the event. The word itself means ‘catching away’ and that is exactly what will happen one day in the very near future.
The first example of such an event is found in the Old Testament. It happened to one of the early fathers named Enoch:
“And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years. And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.” Genesis 5:23 & 24
Put another way, Enoch was caught away. He was on the earth one minute and then disappeared from off the face of the earth and from among the living. The most important fact is that Enoch did not die.
Another example of a catching away is found in the story of the deliverance of Lot and his family from Sodom and Gomorrah. This example brings out two major truths. One, that such an event, the catching away, is not beyond the realm of reality, and, two, that the people of God do not and will not go through the tribulation. God had dispensed angels to destroy the five cities of the plain but the angels could not carry out their orders until they first moved Lot and his family out of harm’s way. The same will happen to the people of God in the near future. I have declared for some time that the scenario surrounding the rapture will echo that of the children of Israel’s exodus from Egypt. The Israelites’ departure from Egypt was a night of terror.
Their adventure began when the cloud of Jehovah left Egypt going in the wrong direction. Canaan was northeast from Egypt but the cloud of God led them on a southeast route. That direction led them in the direction of the Red Sea. Once they realized their plight they began accusing Moses of leading them into the wilderness to destroy them. In the meantime, God went back to Pharaoh and reported that His people were at a dead end and that now would be an excellent opportunity to destroy them. Remember, Pharaoh and much of his army had just lost their firstborn and they were itching for immediate revenge. Part of the terror of the night for Israel was waiting in the dark listening to the hooves of the horses of the mightiest army in the world coming to destroy them. The scriptures tell us that they overtook the Israelites, meaning that they caught up to them, waiting for daylight to come so they could annihilate them. That’s when God did the unthinkable and the impossible and brought a strong wind and parted the Red Sea. He really didn’t have to huff and puff like the wolf in the Three Little Pigs story but His word said he blew with his nostrils, through his nose if you please. I believe their adventure, standing on the precipice of life and death, is a preview of our exodus from this earth. The people of God will be put into an internment camp waiting for the god of this world to begin a mass execution; and then “in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, we shall be changed” and caught away. I continue to watch the increased building of public storage facilities and realizing how easily such buildings can be converted into prisons I can’t help but entertain the thought that their true purpose may have nothing to do with storing private possessions. (I have no scripture for those comments, they are my own thoughts.)
Again, if you are new here, we not only believe in the rapture of the church but also believe that the event is not a random date. God is working from a calendar of events established in the Old Testament as His Feast days or Set Times. The events of the Passover were not random but divinely ordained. They were to select their lamb on the tenth day of the first month and kill the lamb on the fourteenth day of the same month. When Christ became our Passover he had to meet the criteria set forth in the Law of Moses. And he did, to the very jot and tittle. God has revealed to us out of his word how that the week of his death contained two Sabbath days, the weekly Saturday Sabbath and the high Sabbath day of Passover itself. Each Sabbath day required a preparation day. Friday was the preparation day for the Saturday Sabbath and because the Passover Sabbath fell on Thursday in A.D. 31, Wednesday would have been the preparation day. When the Israelites were killing their Passover lambs in the city of Jerusalem, the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ was being slaughtered on the cross at the same time, thus fulfilling the requirements of the Law. Jesus said he would be in the grave three days and three nights, fulfilling the ordeal of Jonah. Again, the church has been duped by its adversary Satan by celebrating Good Friday as the crucifixion day and Easter Sunday morning as the time of the resurrection of Christ. That period falls far short of the three days and three nights as prophesied by Jesus. There are those who say it doesn’t make any difference what day Jesus died or what day he arose from the grave as long as he did die and arose. I object to that ignoring of the facts of scripture! The fact that Jesus and the scriptures point out these times means it makes an immense difference! Jesus is the head of the church and because the church itself is the body of Christ, it would only seem reasonable for the body to rise or be raptured on the same day of the week as the day the head of the body arose. You will find in the scriptures that some of the key celebrated days surrounding the week of Christ’s death must be adjusted by one day. Christ did not make his triumphant entry on Palm Sunday. Sunday would not play a role in the plan of God until after the resurrection of Christ when Christ presented himself as a wave offering to God. The Law admonished us to “remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy.” God always performed his great works on the Seventh day, (the Sabbath) not the first day of the week. On what other day would he work but His day?
Christ was selected as the Passover Lamb of Israel on the Sabbath day or the tenth day of the month. He was killed in accordance with the demands of the law on the fourteenth day of the month or Wednesday. He was buried just prior to 6:00 PM at the close of the preparation day, Wednesday. Exactly three days and three nights later on Saturday just before 6:00 pm he arose from the dead. You can be sure, that the rapture of the church, the body of Christ, will take place. Let God be true and every man a liar.
